By signing below, each of the above-listed businesses and business owners/officers (individually and collectively, “you”) authorize Mundo Capital Inc. (“Mundo Capital”) and each of its representatives, successors, assigns, and designees that may be involved with or acquire commercial loans or purchases of future receivables, including, without limitation, the application therefor (collectively, the “Transactions”), to obtain consumer or personal, business, and investigative reports and other information about you, including but not limited to credit card processor statements and bank statements, from one or more consumer reporting agencies such as TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, IdentityIQ and from other credit bureaus, banks, creditors, government agencies, and third parties (collectively, the “Recipients”).
You also authorize Mundo Capital to transmit this application form, along with any of the information obtained in connection with this application, to any or all of the Recipients for the purposes described above.
You further consent to the release, by any creditor or financial institution, of any information relating to any of you to Mundo Capital and to each of the Recipients, and you authorize Mundo Capital to communicate with the Recipients on your behalf and to represent you in connection with any such communications.
